We generally recommend booking as early as possible to secure your required crew numbers. This could be anything  from a few days to several weeks or  months in advance. However, we understand that events can be unpredictable, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests and would do our best to accommodate your request And provide someone on site as quickly as possible. 

We are based in Glasgow and service events throughout Scotland and the UK. Our nationwide reach allows us to deliver event crewing services to events, no matter where they are located.
